How it works

The ranking

Each page ranks the businesses in one trade and one metro. The score weighs the Google rating against how many customers rated, so a perfect score on four reviews does not outrank a 4.8 on two thousand. Nobody can pay for a higher position.

The phone numbers

The number beside each business is ours. It forwards to the business's own line, and the business hears who is calling before they pick up. Calls may be recorded. We do this so the business knows the call came from this page.

The callback form

Leave your name, number and what you need and one business, the one you picked or the top-ranked one, calls you. One request goes to one business. We do not sell your request to several contractors.

For businesses

Your listing is free and the first customer call we send you is free. Claiming it puts you first in line for calls, adds your own tracked number, and shows the full review analysis on your page. After the free call, calls are sold in prepaid packs; a claimed listing is $20 a month.
